Transition Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Transition Solution Architect during the RFP lifecycle, defining transition plans for IT infrastructures.
• Own end-to-end transition solutions, specifically for IT infrastructure transitions.
• Build and develop the transition methodology and toolkit.
• Manage submission delivery expectations and ensure timely responses for all transition engagements.
• Independently manage and contribute to the delivery of small to large bids, introducing new ideas to improve transition offerings.
• Understand the presales work culture, with experience managing transition solutions for various bids across geographies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders involved in bids, understand requirements and solutions for each service tower, and progress toward the transition plan, addressing issues promptly.
• Recognize and resolve customer pain points from past transitions or deliveries, implementing improvements into proposed solutions as necessary.
