Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transformer Coil Winder located in Kota. The Transformer Coil Winder will be responsible for winding coils used in transformers, reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. The role includes setting up winding machines, ensuring proper insulation, testing equipment, and performing routine maintenance on winding equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in winding coils and working with transformers
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards
• Basic mechanical skills and routine equipment maintenance
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards in production
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field
