Transformer Coil Winder

Key Responsibilities:

• Winding LV and HV coils as per drawings and instructions.
• Handling copper/aluminium conductors, insulation, and tap connections.
• Using winding machines and related tools effectively.
• Maintaining dimensional accuracy and insulation integrity.
• Following safety, quality, and process standards.
• Reporting progress and issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in transformer coil winding (distribution/power transformers).
• Knowledge of different winding techniques (circular, rectangular, foil winding, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
