Transformation & Process Excellence Manager

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end process transformation and automation initiatives for the asset management business. Your role will involve owning and executing strategic programs with measurable business impact such as cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. It will be crucial to govern the automation delivery lifecycle and align it with enterprise strategy and outcomes. You will need to evaluate and implement emerging automation tools like AI/ML and low-code platforms to future-proof operations. Engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and adoption of automation solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to foster digital awareness, build automation capability across teams, and drive cultural change. Managing program budgets, resource planning, MIS/reporting, and risk mitigation strategies will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 15+ years of experience, with a significant portion of that in the asset management, investment banking, or capital markets domain focusing on process transformation. A strong background in Intelligent Automation, RPA, AI/ML platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions is required. Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other process excellence methodologies will be beneficial. Experience in managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and global stakeholder relationships at the CXO level is essential. A strong understanding of SDLC, business architecture, and automation trends is also expected. Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps would be a plus. Excellent leadership, program management, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities are crucial for success in this role.
