COMPANY NAME: PKF SRIDHAR & SANTHANAM LLP Job Overview The Transfer Pricing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining transfer pricing policies and documentation in compliance with local and international regulations. This role involves conducting financial analysis, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring that the company's transfer pricing practices align with its business strategies Roles & Responsibilities Participate in functional and risk interviews and takes full and detailed interview notes Identification and assessment of intercompany cross-border transactions Draft/review intercompany agreements that support transfer pricing transactions Assist in applying transfer pricing in the context of ASC 740 Monitor transfer pricing regulations, cases in litigation and other relevant tax laws Develop working knowledge of transfer pricing policies across all brands and legal entities Perform financial / economic analyses and building financial valuation models Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and reporting results and recommendations Facilitate operationalization of intercompany transactions Thoroughly and accurately analyze information and apply economic/finance knowledge to client situations, assisting in the preparation of effective approaches to clients' economic circumstances and arriving at logical conclusions Lead research and prepare expert opinions on a broad range of transfer pricing and international tax matters, including cross-border transactions Develop, implement and document BEPS-compliant transfer pricing systems to identify, ringfence, and proactively implement measures to mitigate transfer pricing risk Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax, or related fields is essential. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Familiarity with tax software and financial analysis tools is an advantage.
