Transaction Monitoring

As an experienced professional with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for conducting Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) research for institutional & corporate clients as part of the business-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance remediation & refresh processes. Your tasks will involve performing hands-on tasks related to KYC and account opening, collaborating with the front office on information and documents, updating systems with relevant details, performing checks, validating & uploading documents, managing the pipeline for new accounts, and conducting KYC rolling reviews. You are expected to produce accurate and high-quality work (90-95%) under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision. Your role will also entail executing and reviewing negative media alerts from client screening and escalating issues where necessary. Meeting production target volumes and dates as advised will be crucial for successful performance in this role. Effective communication with front office staff and other employees involved in maintaining internal control standards is essential. You will be required to identify, resolve, or escalate any issues related to the onboarding process promptly and appropriately. Additionally, conducting Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screenings through World-Check and similar tools to identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and heightened risk individuals and organizations will be part of your responsibilities.,
