TRANSACTION ADVISORY PROFESSIONAL

Role Overview: You will be responsible for valuating companies and assisting clients in raising capital. Your role will involve developing various financial models, performing valuation methods, preparing materials for client financing, building client relationships, conducting due diligence, creating client presentations, and managing debt and equity transactions. Your ability to work in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, and analyze risk will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop various financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. - Perform valuation methods such as comparable companies, precedents, and DCF. - Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. - Prepare and review materials for client financing, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks. - Build relationships with new and existing clients to expand the business. - Conduct due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions. - Create presentations for client portfolios. - Stay updated on current events, critical issues, and relevant news. - Issue debt and sell equity to raise capital. - Manage IPOs and private equity placements. - Assist with corporate restructuring. - Analyze risk and provide financial advice. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation degree in Accounts, Economics, and Finance - CA, CFA - MBA (Finance) Note: Salary will be as per industry standards. The location for this position is Noida/Mumbai. You should have 4-5 years of relevant experience.,
