Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Training and Placement Officer based in Jalandhar. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placements, coordinating with potential employers, conducting career counseling sessions, facilitating training programs, and enhancing the employability of students. The role includes organizing workshops, preparing students for interviews, and maintaining relationships with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Campus Placement coordination and management
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Career Counseling and Training students
• Background in Education and familiarity with academic environments
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in similar roles within educational institutions is a plus
