Job Description:

Facilitate Embark training and onboarding
Provide feedback to new employees on AML workflows
Serve as a mentor/coach to Trainers joining the team
Provide one on one coaching to new employees
Provide assessments of Embark performance and comprehension to the L+D Manager
Provide recommendations for individualised training as deemed appropriate
Work closely with Managed Services to identify knowledge and skill gaps
Collaborate with other departments to provide tailored training support to specific projects or teams
Development and delivery of continuing education courses
Oversee and engage those in between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team
Work closely with L+D leadership on strategic initiatives
Recommend training strategies to enhance the overall program and trainee comprehension

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years of AML experience or relevant training experience
Ability to communicate effectively across different departments and regions
Ability to lead, coach and mentor
Deep understanding of the AML industry
