Training Specialist II

As a Training Specialist at Diligent, you have a crucial mission to ensure customers consistently enjoy a superior experience when interacting with the suite of products and services. Your primary responsibility will involve delivering webinars, remote, and onsite client workshops in 3 or 4 Diligent products. Moreover, you will be expected to effectively convert training conversations into potential lead generation, drive product adoption, and collaborate seamlessly with Customer Success and Sales counterparts to promote Diligent's solutions. Your close collaboration with the Training Team Lead will play a key role in enhancing training processes and successfully completing tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver webinars, remote, and onsite client workshops in 3 or 4 Diligent products - Convert training conversations into potential lead generation - Drive product adoption - Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales counterparts to promote Diligent's solutions - Work with the Training Team Lead to improve training processes and ensure successful completion of tasks and projects Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Ability to recognize cultural differences and apply a flexible approach as necessary - Strong presentation and communication skills - Good planning and time management abilities - Aptitude in creating customer-facing training videos - Experience with individual, group, webinar, and face-to-face training delivery - Focus on educating users and driving adoption - Willingness to occasionally travel for professional development, customer user workshops, or corporate meetings - Familiarity with administrative processes Diligent offers a creative and innovative work culture where collaboration and creativity are highly valued.
