About the Role

Union Living is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Training & Quality Assurance (TQA) Manager to lead service training, operational audits, and quality control across properties. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, ensuring SOP compliance, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training programs for property and operations teams.
• Perform regular quality audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and service benchmarks.
• Identify performance gaps and create action plans to resolve them.
• Collaborate with operations and HR to implement process improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and audit reports.
• Support new property launches by training teams and ensuring readiness.

Requirements

• 37 years of experience in training, quality, or operations management.
• Background in hospitality, co-living, or facility management preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in creating and enforcing SOPs.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
