🔎 Role: Training & Policy Manager – GIS

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for GIS teams focused on HD mapping, linear mapping, labelling, and annotation workflows

Create, update, and enforce policy documentation to ensure consistent operational standards

Conduct skill assessments and implement performance-improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous process refinement

✨ What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in training, policy management, or a related field, preferably within GIS Domain

Strong experience in GIS-related processes—HD Mapping or linear Mapping experience preferred

Proven track record in training delivery, curriculum creation, or policy management

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Ability to lead training initiatives & Create learning materials, including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and presentations tailored to mapping operations and tools

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in training & policy management, or a related field, preferably within map data operations.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse teams.
• Prior exposure to map operation workflows, and tools, or GIS systems is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and detail oriented mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness using data.
• Proficiency in creating and managing policies and SOPs.
• Familiarity with GIS tools, map-related workflows, is a plus.
