Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer (TPO) located in Greater Noida. The TPO will be responsible for campus placements, communication with students and employers, college recruiting, developing soft skills programs, and providing training.

Qualifications

• Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills
• Minimum degree in MBA/M.Tech/ME with 55% of Marks
• Minimum 05 Years of experience as TPO
• Communication and Soft Skills
• Training abilities
• Experience in career counseling or student support
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Design and Implementation of Training Programs enhancing students' employability skills
