Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in the Mechanical/Automobile sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in production management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance production efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver training sessions on mechanical and automobile production processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the Mechanical/Automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
