Key Responsibilities: Design & Delivery: Develop training modules aligned with operational goals and brand standards (e.g., customer service, SOPs, grooming, hygiene, safety). Onboarding: Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees. Needs Analysis: Assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultation with department heads. Continuous Development: Organize regular refresher sessions and cross-training to upskill employees and improve guest service. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and audits. Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet hospitality industry regulations and internal policies. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records and reports for internal and external audits. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior management to align training initiatives with business needs. Technology Use: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools when appropriate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
