Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Training and Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating job placements and internships for students, developing and maintaining relationships with employers, providing career counseling and training sessions, organizing campus recruitment drives, and monitoring students' placement progress. The role requires regular interaction with students, employers, and faculty to ensure successful placements and enhance the career prospects of students.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Job Placements and Training
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and career counseling
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Experience in educational or training institutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
