Training Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training, preferably within a financial crime or highly regulated business environment. - Be a subject matter expert in financial crime and develop a strong understanding of financial crime and policies. - Lead and deliver training programs focused on financial crime prevention using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. - Monitor, analyze, and assess risk scenarios related to financial crime. - Collaborate across departments to design training solutions. - Utilize Microsoft Office suite to create training materials, analyze data, and communicate effectively. - Manage stakeholders and communicate confidently across multiple stakeholder groups. - Maintain training records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. In this role based out of Noida, your purpose will be to complete Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)/Exits cases, including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Your accountabilities will involve supporting EDD/Exits initiatives, executing EDD and exit reviews, collaborating with teams, identifying areas for improvement, and developing reports on EDD and exit performance for internal senior stakeholders. As an Analyst, you are expected to perform activities in a timely and high standard manner, driving continuous improvement. You should have in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your area of expertise, lead and supervise a team, and demonstrate clear leadership behaviours or technical expertise as an individual contributor. You will have an impact on related teams, partner with other functions, take responsibility for end results, escalate breaches appropriately, advise decision-making, manage risk, and strengthen controls in line with rules and regulations.
