• 0–2 years experience in telecalling, education counselling, or inside sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university ( B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BCA / BA).

• Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to promote technical training programs and handle student enquiries. The role focuses on lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and conversion of students and working professionals into suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students, freshers, and working professionals.
• Explain Master Class details (course content, duration, benefits, career scope).
• Understand candidate background, skill level, and career goals.
• Counsel candidates and recommend the right course or batch.
• Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, or walk-ins.
• Follow up on enquiries, registrations, and pending payments.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve basic course-related queries.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and enrollment targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Interest in technical education and training sales.
• Confident phone handling and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
