Role & responsibilities Formulate training strategy as per need, help sales team achieve sales numbers, ensure channel sales manager productivity New agent training, activation, induction and E-Training coverage Ensure training coverage as per calendar & training needs Travel to branches to understand business acumen, meet agents, attend meetings conduct training Preferred candidate profile Any graduate or post graduate Proper experience in Training is must Language Proficiency English & Telugu is Must Preferably from BFSI Ready to travel atleast 7 days in a month and as needed Salary budget is 7 lakhs per annum Selection is based on candidate profile, stability, salary fitment and competency Interested candidates can write to pratap.s@tataaig.com
