Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainers Manager to lead and coordinate our team of technical trainers at our institute in Navalur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multiple core technical domains along with proven leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Able to take training sessions

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical training team.

* Coordinate training schedules and ensure smooth delivery of sessions.

* Evaluate trainer performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

* Ensure high-quality content delivery across all technical domains.

* Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with industry requirements.

* Address any challenges related to trainer performance, student feedback, or curriculum execution.

* Plan and conduct regular upskilling sessions for trainers to stay current with market trends.

* Prepare training reports and maintain performance metrics.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or a similar leadership role.

* Strong technical knowledge in Java, Python, Testing, Data Science, and Analytics.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Prior experience in managing a team of trainers or educators is preferred.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
