Job Description

· Developing Training schedules & Training Plans. · Taking classes as per the schedule. · Communicating Training needs time to time. · Maintaining databases of all training materials, batch files of trainee & their Placements. · Coordinating Mobilization, enrolments & counselling of the trainees, creating a batch would be your responsibility. · Responsible for 100% certification of the trainees in the assessment of the candidates. · Coordination in Candidates placement, updating the portal with the placement details of the candidates, ensuring 70% batchwise placement of the candidates. · Time to time reporting. · Other assigned tasks. Qualifications and Experience Required: MCA or B Tech. in computer engineering, should have good knowledge of modern computer languages, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools 2 Years Industry & 1 Year Training Aptitude for conducting training, and pre/ post work to ensure competent, employable candidates at the end of the training. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team; a passion for quality and for developing others; well-organised and focused, eager to learn and keep oneself updated with the latest in the mentioned field.
