iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd is 15 years old company having it's presence in 12 cities across PAN India with over 4000 employees. We are looking for a Process Trainer with expertise in the conducting process training ( Inbound customer support) to join our team at iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, located at Sector 19 Gurgaon. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting NHT program and re-fresher training program for our Customer services process. The position offers ₹24000 - ₹30000 monthly salary along with a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Conducting Training for New Hire ( NHT) Ensuring maximum training throughput. Ensuring no training dropouts. Conducting re-fresher training for existing employees. Supporting new hire and certified employees on floor during nesting phase (0-15 days) Publishing daily training MIS. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have min 3 years of experience and min 1 year of work experience as process Trainer for any inbound process and should be proficient in Hindi and English language.
