Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer for the Train the Trainer program, located in Cuttack. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing training materials, assessing training needs, providing feedback to trainees, and ensuring training effectiveness. The Trainer will also collaborate with management and other staff to enhance training outcomes and stay updated with industry best practices and developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Proficiency in developing training materials and assessing training needs
• Strong feedback and communication skills
• Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience with instructional design and consulting is a plus
