Trainer Artificial Intelligence

Role & responsibilities

• Design and continuously update AI and Machine Learning curricula based on emerging trends and research breakthroughs.
• Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and mentorship sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Science.
• Guide learners in building end-to-end AI models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Create and manage AI lab environments and real-world datasets for experimentation and innovation.
• Mentor students and faculty on AI research, publications, and applied projects.
• Lead AI hackathons, innovation challenges, and bootcamps to foster applied learning.
• Support the CoE in deploying and managing AI-based analytics and automation solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge AI, and Explainable AI into teaching modules.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners to align AI programs with workforce demands.
• Promote interdisciplinary AI applications across cybersecurity, IoT, and automation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Familiarity with data visualization, MLOps, and model deployment on cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills across diverse learner levels.
• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML curriculum and projects.
• Research and publication record in AI or related fields.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science or related discipline.
• Bachelors/Masters from a reputed institution.
• 6–7 years of relevant industry and training experience.
• Industry-recognized certifications preferred, such as:
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• IBM AI Engineering / Data Science Professional Certificate
• TensorFlow Developer Certification
• NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Certification

Other Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Jaipur.
• Passion for innovation, teaching, and lifelong learning.
• Strong command over English; Hindi familiarity preferred.
