Trainer - Aptitude and Reasoning

You will be responsible for conducting training sessions in Aptitude and Reasoning within the Training Division of Career Development Cell. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering training modules in Aptitude and Reasoning - Providing guidance and support to students to improve their skills in Aptitude and Reasoning - Monitoring and evaluating the progress of students in the training program - Collaborating with other trainers and faculty members to enhance the overall training experience To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Post Graduation in any discipline - Proven track record of training accomplishments - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Aptitude and Reasoning trainer in a reputed organisation, university, or ed tech platform - Excellent Communication Skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AI Tools If you are passionate about training and have a strong background in Aptitude and Reasoning, we encourage you to apply for this position.
