• Inspection of Real estate assets, Extraction of relevant data from Sale deeds and related property documents, verification of Approved plans, Reconciliation of Site inspection data with property documents like Sale deed, approved plans, floor plans, Construction permission, occupancy certificates.
• Inspection and listing of machines with technical specifications, production efficiencies, searching of quotes and transaction data of machines, study of technological obsolesces, estimating of total economic life and balance economic life of machines, calculations of depreciation and cost to cure.
• Summarizing the data and making comparative charts.
