Trainee Valuation Analyst

As a Valuation and Certification Consultant at V S Jadon & Co. Valuers LLP, your role will involve: - Inspecting Real estate assets and extracting relevant data from Sale deeds and related property documents. - Verifying Approved plans and reconciling Site inspection data with property documents like Sale deed, approved plans, floor plans, Construction permission, and occupancy certificates. - Inspecting and listing machines with technical specifications, production efficiencies, and searching quotes and transaction data. - Studying technological obsolescence, estimating total economic life and balance economic life of machines, and calculating depreciation and cost to cure. - Summarizing the data and creating comparative charts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. At V S Jadon & Co.
