About The Role

izmo Ltd is looking for a

fresh graduate

who will be trained to handle

internal CRM tickets

raised by various departments. The selected candidate will learn to understand internal workflows, troubleshoot CRM-related issues, and ensure the timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high levels of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in the English language
  • Learn and manage the internal CRM system.
  • Enjoys and excels at problem-solving and strong analytical thinking.
  • Log, track, and resolve requirements within defined timelines.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on customer needs and product knowledge
  • Escalate complex issues to the respective technical team when required.
  • Ensuring client complaints are dealt with professionally and logged in line with the proper channels
  • Customer-centric attitude

  • Eagerness to learn CRM tools and internal processes.
  • Attention to detail, organised, and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems and guiding clients through corrective steps.
