As a Sales Executive at Abbott, your role involves generating and developing business by achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting the company's products ethically to customers as per the business plan. Additionally, you will need to ensure the average Doctor/Customer call as per the customer management plan of the division. Your responsibilities will also include organizing camps (CME) based on the division strategy and customer needs and facilitating successful new product launches. It is essential to create and update customer lists according to the therapy and product of the division. Moreover, you must ensure iPad adoption as per division norms and adherence to CLM calls. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets - Promoting company products ethically to customers - Organizing camps (CME) as per division strategy - Facilitating successful new product launches - Creating and updating customer lists - Ensuring iPad adoption and adherence to CLM calls In addition to the core job responsibilities, you will be involved in brand management tasks such as conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. You will also be responsible for generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
