Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Support in maintaining candidate databases and job postings.
  • Learn and apply best practices in recruitment lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Must have completed graduation (No pursuing candidates).
  • Basic understanding or interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
