Trainee - Production

The role is responsible for the operations of independent production lines and finished goods packing. Additionally, you will handle administration tasks for the production department and backup production data statistics. Your focus will be on continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity. Your responsibilities will include following HSE regulations and rules to achieve the Goal Zero target. You will manage day-to-day line operations according to the process order, including activities like line start-up, changeovers, line operation, and finished goods packing, ensuring the quality of the product. You will verify and ensure the packaging of finished goods meets quality standards, recording and verifying each finished bag for issues like cross-contamination, stitching, and stacking. Maintaining good housekeeping in the shop floor to meet required conditions is also part of your role. Additionally, you will act as a reliever in the production department, keeping records of manpower availability during shifts and reporting to the shift leader.
