Trainee - Production

You will be responsible for the operations of independent production lines and finished goods packing. Additionally, you will handle administration tasks for the production department, including backup for production data statistics. It is crucial to continuously enhance safety, quality, and productivity performance. In your role, you must adhere to HSE regulations and rules daily to achieve the Goal Zero target. Managing day-to-day line operations according to the process order is a key aspect of the position. This includes activities such as line start-up, changeovers, line operation, and finished goods packing while ensuring the quality of the product. You will be tasked with verifying and ensuring the packaging of finished goods with zero defects in product quality. Recording and verifying each finished bag for aspects like cross-contamination, stitching, and stacking of finished goods will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining good housekeeping in the shop floor to meet workplace standards is essential. Moreover, you will perform reliever duties in the production department, maintaining proper records of manpower availability during shifts and reporting to the shift leader accordingly. Minimum qualifications for this position include a diploma in Plastic/Polymer from CIPET or another reputable college/university. Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and EMS 14001:2015 standards, basic knowledge of MS Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills are critical competencies required for this role.
