Trainee- Procurement Advisory

Role Overview: As an Intern, you will support the designated functional area by conducting research and preparing client deliverables related to the Procurement function. Your responsibilities will include identifying, gathering, organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting information/data using structured methodologies and frameworks. You will work closely with experienced team members, apply consulting skills, and manage client inquiries and short-term projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the values and vision of the organization and align your activities accordingly - Protect the Intellectual Property and adhere to all policies and procedures - Collaborate with other functions to collect or provide relevant data within the provided framework - Utilize secondary and proprietary research tools to answer client inquiries - Analyze gathered data to extract pertinent information for inquiry responses - Support client projects with high-quality deliverables and meet Turn Around Time (TAT) targets - Interact with team members to derive pertinent information and provide analysis on inquiry responses - Monitor project progress, identify problem areas, and communicate approach to Practice Leader and team members - Develop functional skills within a given process Qualifications Required: - Must hold an MBA from a reputable Business school with a major specialization in Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends - Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint - Organized, focused, and able to deliver research tasks within defined deadlines - Understanding of business objectives, organization structure, and strong work ethics - Attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and commitment to excellence - Highly collaborative, a team player, and possess perseverance skills (Additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description),
