Analyze purchasing trends and forecast future procurement needs based on production, sales, and market conditions. Establish and manage long-term relationships with suppliers and service providers. Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service. Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and regularly assess their performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
