Position: Trainee (Internship)
Location: Paisley Designer Boutique, Kuravankonam, Thiruvananthapuram
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 5 PM
Stipend: ₹3000 – ₹4000/month

Internship Role Overview:
As a Trainee Intern, you will work closely with both the Social Media and Customer Service + Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain broad exposure to the inner workings of a designer boutique—from digital marketing to in-store client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Team (Shadowing & Support):

• Observe and assist in planning and creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Learn the basics of fashion photography, styling, and content scheduling
• Help with setting up for photoshoots, organizing products, and behind-the-scenes documentation
• Understand how customer engagement is tracked, and how brand consistency is maintained online
• Contribute creative ideas for Reels, posts, and stories that reflect the brand’s identity

Customer Service + Sales Team (Shadowing & Support):

• Observe and assist in customer interactions to learn the art of personalized styling and client service
• Help organize merchandise, restock inventory, and maintain visual displays
• Learn how to handle point-of-sale systems, billing, and order processing
• Assist in managing appointments, follow-ups, and basic client communication
• Understand how customer feedback is collected and used for service improvement
