Any Diploma Graduate Other than Civil Stream Arts/Science Graduate would be eligible (2022 till 2025 Passed outs) Candidate should not have current arrears / Backlogs Candidate Need to work in Rotational Shift Timings   Job Type Duration: 12 Months Fixed term Contract   Job Description.   Fresh Diploma/BOAT/NATS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering Ability to learn new tasks quickly & perform efficiently Willingness to work in cross functions Preferred knowledge of electronic assembly process Roles and responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of SMT machines and equipment and perform Assemble the electromechanical parts as per the work instruction without any defects Perform the given task effectively and follow shop floor best practices Follow 5S & safety practices in shopfloor and maintain the area neat, clean & tidy Handle electronic modules carefully and preserve appropriately Learn and perform new stage operations to become more competent and multiskilled Follow I Own Quality concept to produce quality products Benefits: Transportation – Available as per Shift timing – Both Pick and drop, additionally for Women employees, House Pick up and drop if shift timing is on 6.00PM to 6.00AM along with escorts Food – Yes Available As per Shift timing Other benefits: Group Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance and Group Term Life Insurance are as per applicable Company Policy.
