Trainee Network Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Trainee Network Engineer in the dynamic IT team, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to kick start their career in network engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software. - Support senior network engineers in daily network operations, including monitoring network performance and diagnosing issues. - Learn to configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. - Participate in the troubleshooting of network connectivity issues and assist in implementing solutions. - Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and upgrades. - Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT operations and projects. - Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
