Job Description

Manage Customer Account & Sites and provide support & services for Hardware & Software.
Diagnose, trouble shoot & services for any issues from AMC sites within the SLA timelines etc.
Basis the Ticket Priority & Mission Critical Systems plan the work accordingly.
Monitor network capacity and performance & maintain uptime of system.
AMC software activity like OS Patch updates, Data Backups, Event logs,
AMC Hardware activity like Repair & Replace the products.
Plan for Spares & Maintain the system without failures or major downtime by early AMCs.
RMA regeneration for faulty items and follow up for the repair and send back to customer.

Preferred candidate profile

Only Diploma in any Specialization.
Min 0-2 Experience in Networking, CCTV, Access Controls systems.
Knowledge on Hardware Networking, Cabling, IP Cameras, Servers, Switches, Routers etc.
Knowledge on Software Technical Skills Configurations.
