Job Description

We are hiring Trainees for Customer Support / Telecalling. This is an entry-level role where you will interact with candidates over the phone, explain training & job opportunities, and guide them through the process.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates.
• Share details about training & job opportunities.
• Handle queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain call records and update data.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Eligibility

✅ Minimum Qualification: +2 / Any UG (except Engineering, PG not allowed)
✅ Freshers can apply – No experience required
✅ Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred).✅ Interest in customer support / telecalling roles.
