Job Role & Responsibilities

Assist in Laboratory Work: Preparation and testing of eco-friendly wood protector solutions including Glue Line Protection (GLP) products.

Sample Preparation: Prepare engineered wood samples (plywood, block board, flush doors), apply treatments, and seal panels using PU-based solutions.

Product Testing: Perform field and laboratory tests following internal protocols and industry standards (BIS: IS 4833, IS 4873), including temperature and pH stability analysis.

Data Documentation: Accurately record experimental results; ensure traceability, safety, and transparency in lab records.

Quality Assurance: Support QA processes by analyzing and reporting product efficacy, with a focus on performance against pests and moisture resistance.

Contribute to Innovation: Work collaboratively to research enhancements for plant herb-based biocidal properties and processes.

Lab Safety & Sustainability: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to the company’s neutral pH, no-fume, and eco-friendly working standards.

Ideal Candidate

Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field (fresh graduates or final-semester students welcome).

Interest in eco-friendly materials, wood technology, and sustainable laboratory practices.

Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new techniques.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate collaboratively.

Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
