Trainee Executive - Production

Your focus.

• Operate blending equipment (Blenders, Heat Sealers, Metal Detectors) as per production requirements.
• Ensure all blending equipment is clean and properly labeled with FG material number, description, and batch number.
• Accurately perform weighing, blending, and recording of raw material usage on shop floor documentation.
• Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
• Participate actively in cross-training programs to enhance team flexibility.
• Maintain inventory control and uphold sanitation standards in and around the work area.
• Physically handle mechanical equipment and be able to push/pull 20 25 kg bags as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Basic computer knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Excel, and production documentation.
• Ability to work in any of the three shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written).
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
