Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Automobile / Mechanical)

Location:

Job Summary:

Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, analysis, and development of mechanical/automobile components and systems.
Support production and manufacturing teams in process optimization and quality checks.
Work on preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate with senior engineers in research, testing, and prototyping activities.
Conduct data analysis for performance improvement of products and processes.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong understanding of Mechanical/Automobile fundamentals (Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, IC Engines, Strength of Materials, CAD/CAM).
Proficiency in tools/software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS (added advantage).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Willingness to work in design, production, quality, or maintenance functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
