Trainee Engineer - Onsite (Hyderabad, Telangana, India) Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with senior engineers to develop, test, and maintain software applications using JavaScript, ASP.net, and Visual C#. Assist in designing and implementing new features and functionality for various software projects. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the code base by learning and applying best coding practices. Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and deliver quality solutions. Contribute to troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues as they arise. Document and maintain software functionality, guidelines, and design discussions in an organized manner. Required Qualifications BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA/BE (Computer Science/IT) Basic knowledge and practical experience with JavaScript, ASP.net, and Visual C#. A good understanding of software development life-cycle and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Under the guidance of senior engineers, develop software components aligned with project goals and client requirements. Engage actively in training programs and mentorship opportunities to enhance skill set and development capabilities. Collaborate in agile development teams to deliver components in a timely and quality-focused manner. Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability. Continuously enhance technical skills by staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development. Contribute ideas and innovative solutions to project discussions to ensure continuous improvement. ,
