About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer – Desktop Support with 0–2 years of experience to provide IT support across desktops, laptops, iPhones, and Mac devices. This role combines remote troubleshooting with on-site visits within Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support (remote + on-site) to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, iPhones, and Macs.
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security updates.
• Assist in system upgrades and patch management.
• Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Travel to client sites in Delhi NCR for field support.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of desktop troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
• Familiarity with iPhone and Mac device support.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

• Any graduate degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science (or related field).

Other Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply).
• Candidate must have their own bike (mandatory).
• Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
