Job Description

Trainee/Junior Engineer-Civil

Responsibilities:

Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing labor, equipment, and materials to ensure the efficient progress of construction projects.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all work meets the established quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and take corrective actions as needed.
Safety:
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes or issues encountered during construction.
Cost Control:
Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and preventing cost overruns.
Coordination:
Coordinate activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all project requirements.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualification

Experience

Good Experience of high rise buildings (both commercial and residential).

Exposure of working with reputed civil contractors preferred.

The job will entail managing Civil Engineers.

Experience of handling multiple project sites at a time will be an added advantage

Immediate joiners preferred
