Trainee Consultant - SAP SD

As an SAP SD Professional at YASH Technologies, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of the project. - Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. - Lead the team in understanding the ASIS situation, design, and validate the To Be design. - Review unit test plans and quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements are met. - Perform integration testing to ensure new functionality does not affect existing functionality adversely. - Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts and provide timely solutions as a technical expert. - Follow design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, and coding standards as per guidelines. - Provide ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports. Required Technical Competencies: - Customer Management: Specialized knowledge of customers" business domain and technology suite. - Projects Documentation: In-depth understanding of documentation involved in projects like BBP & Solution Design, FS, and ability to peer review team members" project/module documents. - Domain and Industry Knowledge: Specialized knowledge of customers" business processes, relevant technology platforms, and industry standards/practices. - Functional Design: Expertise in solution design, scope analysis, building blocks for business cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to explain the solution approach. - Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes, tools & methodologies, and ability to extract requirements for complex scenarios independently. - Test Management: Ability to create iteration, system integration test plans, develop integration test cases, and conduct regression tests.
