LA (Loan Advisor) -Trainee*

As a Loan Advisor (Trainee), you will undergo structured training to understand the full lifecycle of loan disbursal - from lead generation and customer interaction to credit assessment and collections. You will assist in onboarding new clients, explaining loan products, verifying documentation, and supporting the credit evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads in the assigned geography

Visit small businesses and assess their credit needs

Pitch appropriate loan products and explain terms clearly

Collection necessary documents for KYC and income verification

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and assistance

Assist in preliminary loan assessment and field investigation

Coordinate with credit and risk teams for processing applications

Ensure accurate and complete documentation

Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Support in repayment follow-up and overdue collections (if required)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass-Fresher

Show know the local language Basic English/Hindi is a plus

Willingness to travel with assigned area

Basic smartphone knowledge (For using field apps)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:
