About the Role: As a Trainee Instructor, you will work closely under the mentorship of Junior/Senior Instructors and begin teaching and performing across Nritya Art Space’s business areas — schools, evening classes, events, workshops / Sessions, and choreographies. Responsibilities: Assist and co-teach dance classes under Junior/Senior Instructor guidance Support in choreography creation for events and performances Lead warm-ups and portions of classes as assigned by Junior/Senior Instructors Perform in client events (corporate, weddings, resorts) Participate actively in rehearsals and workshops Observe and adopt best practices from Junior and Senior team members Maintain professionalism and client satisfaction Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years dance experience (training or performance) Basic understanding of class structure and choreography design Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to teach children and adults Strong work ethic and professional attitude Flexible work schedule Opportunity: Growth path to Junior Instructor /Choreographer / Performer role Broad exposure across all business segments Participation in high-visibility performancesd Salarys to be decided based on experience, skills and value.
