Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other sales channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Follow up with clients and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with existing and new clients.

Skills Required:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
