Trading Enabler, Distressed Products Group, VP

Role Overview: You will be joining the Distressed Products Group (DPG) within DB's Global Credit Trading business as a Trading Enabler. DPG is a specialized unit engaged in trading, investment, structuring, and provision of financing to performing and non-performing companies globally. The team primarily trades with large institutional investors and makes markets in distressed bonds, distressed loans, and par loans across various markets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify dislocated or fundamentally-driven credit trading opportunities - Conduct credit analysis and cash flow modeling of potential or existing issuers/issues - Analyze credit documentation - Monitor and manage existing book positions to mitigate downside risks - Communicate internally to manage risks effectively - Engage with legal and financial advisors - Experience in distressed investing and comfort with insolvency and bankruptcy situations will be beneficial Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in distressed investing, focusing on EMEA/US/Asia markets - Strong team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail - MBA from a Tier 1 institute or Chartered Accountant qualification preferred - Proficiency in fundamental credit analysis, specifically in the distressed debt market - Comfortable with analyzing legal documents, Facility Agreements, and conducting Covenant Analysis - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Curiosity to learn and ability to work under pressure Additional Company Details: You will be offered a comprehensive benefits package including best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry certifications, Employee Assistance Program, hospitalization and life insurance, health screening, and more.
